Over and above weekly safety meetings and ad hoc safety awareness drives, we conduct quarterly revised safety inductions and present regular First Aid and Fire Fighting Training for our staff. We have a dedicated SHE rep on staff to ensure that our staff is safety ready and that we comply with regulations.

Our Team

We have a highly motivated and qualified team of artisans of Namibian Nationality consisting of Boilermakers, Fitters and Turners and experienced Management Staff. The Director has 35 years hands-on Engineering experience throughout Namibia in all sectors. On-site training is provided by qualified staff, and we support NIMT with apprentice job attachment training facilitating.
